Tam Hop Youth Volunteer Village, a member of the Youth Volunteer Force of Nghe An Province, was established under Decision No. 350 of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on October 18, 2013. The unit is located in Huoi Son village (Tam Hop commune). The immediate goal of the village is to plant about 320 hectares of Shan tea, help people in the project area grow clean vegetables, rice, and protect upstream protective forests. The project will ensure stable jobs for 70 households of the village's team members and local people. |

Snow Shan tea has become a specialty of the Nghe An Youth Volunteer Force, in areas such as Huoi Tu, Na Ngoi (Ky Son). In Tam Hop Youth Volunteer Force Village, there are currently 5 hectares of this plant. Currently, the village's team members are continuing to grow seedlings to provide to local people to expand the area. |

Black chickens and black pigs are two native breeds chosen by the cadres and members of the Youth Union in Tam Hop as the main livestock. There are currently hundreds of black pigs on the farm. Many batches of chickens have been sold to the market and provided to local people in the project area. |

Vegetables are an indispensable crop in this village. Here, vegetables are not only for the needs of the team members, but also provided by soldiers to the people in the two villages of Huoi Son and Pha Lom. The vegetable gardens are also a place for sightseeing and learning for the people in the area. |

The life of the Youth Volunteers here goes on like clockwork. They get up at 6am to go to the garden, have lunch at 11:30am. Then work resumes at 1:30pm. |

Currently, there are 12 team members who are young families from Huoi San village who have come to join the village. This area has 7 families inside the village management office. Another group of 5 families is outside, 3km from the center of Huoi Son village. |
