On the morning of February 6, the delegation of the Party Central Committee, the President, the National Assembly, the Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths and visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum to commemorate the 83rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2013) and the Lunar New Year of Quy Ty.

On the morning of February 6, the delegation of the Party Central Committee, the President, the National Assembly, the Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths and visited President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum to commemorate the 83rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2013) and the Lunar New Year of Quy Ty.

Attending the ceremony to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh were General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, President Truong Tan Sang, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung, and Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Huynh Dam.

Former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh; former President Tran Duc Luong; former National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Van An; former Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Pham The Duyet; Politburo members, Party Central Committee Secretaries, Vice Presidents, Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly, Deputy Prime Ministers, veteran revolutionaries and leaders of several ministries, departments, branches and central organizations attended the ceremony.

The delegation's wreath bears the inscription "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh."

Next, the delegation of the Party Central Committee, the President, the National Assembly, the Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths and paid tribute to the heroic martyrs at the Monument to Heroic Martyrs.

The delegation's wreath bears the inscription "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs."

On the same morning, delegations from the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security, the Hanoi City Party Committee and People's Committee, and the Steering Committee for Coordinating Activities of the Ba Dinh Historical and Cultural Relic Cluster came to lay wreaths, visit President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, and lay wreaths at the Monument to Heroic Martyrs./.
