Party and State leaders visit the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh.
On the morning of February 6th, a delegation from the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the President, the National Assembly, the Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths and paid respects at the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh to commemorate the 83rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2013) and the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Snake.
On the morning of February 6th, a delegation from the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the President, the National Assembly, the Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths and paid respects at the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh to commemorate the 83rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2013) and the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Snake.

Attending the ceremony to pay respects to President Ho Chi Minh were General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, President Truong Tan Sang, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung, and Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Huynh Dam.
Former General Secretary Nong Duc Manh; former President Tran Duc Luong; former Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Van An; former Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Pham The Duyet; members of the Politburo, Secretaries of the Central Committee of the Party, Vice Presidents, Vice Chairmen of the National Assembly, Deputy Prime Ministers, veteran revolutionaries and leaders of a number of ministries, departments, and central organizations attended the memorial ceremony.
The wreath laid by the delegation bore the inscription "Forever grateful to the great President Ho Chi Minh."
Following that, the delegation from the Central Committee of the Communist Party, the President, the National Assembly, the Government, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front laid wreaths and paid respects to the heroic martyrs at the Monument to Heroic Martyrs.
The wreath laid by the delegation bore the inscription "Forever grateful to the heroic martyrs."
On the morning of the same day, delegations from the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Public Security, the Hanoi City Party Committee and People's Committee, and the Steering Committee for Coordinating Activities of the Ba Dinh Historical and Cultural Relic Complex laid wreaths at the Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh and at the Monument to the Heroes and Martyrs.
