In Ky Son district, the delegation visited and congratulated the Ky Son District Health Center and the Huu Kiem Commune Health Station.
The Ky Son District Health Center is responsible for both medical examination and treatment and directly manages 21 commune and town health centers, many of which are located in particularly difficult areas and lack paved roads leading to the commune centers.
To date, 14 communes in the district have met the National Criteria for Health, but medical examination and treatment at the district's health center and commune health stations are facing many difficulties and obstacles due to inadequate facilities and dilapidated treatment buildings. In recent years, there has been no policy to attract highly qualified personnel to work at the center. Some specialties are still lacking, preventing their implementation at the center, which has somewhat affected patient treatment and care.
