As soon as they heard the news that their son had returned home in joy of victory, on the morning of January 31, the family of Mr. Nguyen Van Long and Mrs. Au Thi Tuyet - parents of goalkeeper Van Hoang in Tan Minh hamlet, Tan Long commune, Tan Ky district set up a tent, slaughtered pigs, and prepared chickens to invite relatives and neighbors to celebrate.
Here, the leaders of Tan Ky district congratulated Van Hoang and the Vietnam U23 team for winning the runner-up prize at the U23 Asian Cup; at the same time, they presented flowers and gifts to the goalkeeper, hoping that he would continue to practice hard and contribute to the country's football.
