According to Mr. Nghia, despite the difficulties in the treatment of young athletes, the club has still promoted many young players to play in the first team in the V.League, not to mention SLNA players are currently playing in many big teams in Vietnam. We are not too worried, because youth training is a long journey. Currently, the U11, U13, U15 teams that just won the championship in 2018 are very promising."
"It's true that in the past 2 years, SLNA hasn't had many excellent players, but that's normal because even HAGL, after the generation of Cong Phuong and Xuan Truong, had to wait 4 years to have the next generation. We always focus on doing our best in the conditions allowed with youth training, but not every generation has the best players.
