Health Department leaders visit and encourage victims of the explosion in Quynh Luu district

As reported by Nghe An Newspaper: At around 5:00 p.m. on April 2, a large explosion occurred at Le Hien auto repair garage (Hamlet 12, Quynh Tan Commune, Quynh Luu District). Initial reports indicate that the explosion killed one person and injured five others.

By 7:00 p.m. the same day, one more victim of the explosion had died. The remaining four victims are being treated and given special care at Nghe An Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital (2 patients); Nghe An Orthopedic Trauma Hospital (1 patient) and Quang Thanh General Hospital (1 patient). The health of these four victims is temporarily stable and is being closely monitored by doctors.

After receiving information that the explosion caused casualties, on the night of April 2,A working group from the Department of Health led by Dr. Nguyen Huu Le - Deputy Director of the Department of Health visited the victims who were being treated. The leaders of the Department of Health kindly asked about their health and encouraged the victims to feel secure during their treatment.

The Deputy Director of the Department of Health requested that hospitals continue to pay attention and mobilize human and material resources to provide good treatment and ensure the health and lives of the victims./.
