(Baonghean.vn) - On the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2016), the 27th anniversary of the National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2016), on December 18, a delegation of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee led by Comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited and presented flowers to congratulate units under Military Region 4.
