Provincial leaders congratulate Vinh Diocese Bishop's Palace on Easter

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Mr. Le Xuan Dai - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee informed about some socio-economic, defense and security situations of the province in the first quarter of 2017. Despite the general difficult conditions, in the first quarter of this year, the province continued to create many positive changes in the fields of socio-economics, defense and security.

Comrade Le Xuan Dai, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, hopes that the Vinh Diocese and Bishop Nguyen Thai Hop, in their positions, will continue to lead and encourage Catholics to make more efforts, to unite and join forces with the government and all classes of people in the ethnic communities in the province to unite and strive to successfully complete the province's economic, cultural and social development targets in 2017.

On behalf of the Vinh Diocese, Bishop Nguyen Thai Hop thanked the provincial leaders for their attention and expressed his joy at the results the province achieved in the first quarter of 2017.
Bishop Nguyen Thai Hop affirmed that he will continue to encourage Catholic dignitaries and parishioners to properly implement the policies and laws of the Party and State, live a good life, practice religion, and contribute to the development of the homeland. The Bishop also hopes that provincial leaders at all levels in the coming time will continue to pay more attention to training and job creation for children right in their homeland in order to exploit the potentials and advantages to make the province develop more strongly.
