Provincial leaders welcome delegates to the groundbreaking ceremony for the VSIP project.
(Baonghean.vn) – On the afternoon of September 15th, delegates from Vietnam and abroad arrived in Vinh City to prepare for the groundbreaking ceremony of the VSIP project, which will be held on the morning of September 16th in Hung Nguyen district.
Welcoming and receiving the delegations, on the Nghe An province side were: Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with leaders of provincial departments and agencies.
At Vinh Airport, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee organized a welcoming ceremony for the Singaporean government delegation led by Mr. Lim Hng Kiang, Minister of Trade and Industry of Singapore, who came to attend the groundbreaking ceremony of the VSIP Nghe An Industrial, Urban and Service Zone Project. Accompanying Mr. Lim Hng Kiang were Mr. Teck Hean - Ambassador of Singapore to Vietnam; Mr. Rossman Ithnain - Director of the East Asia Division, Ministry of Trade and Industry of Singapore… and other members.

Earlier, also at Vinh Airport, a welcoming ceremony was held for the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs delegation led by Deputy Minister Le Hoai Trung, who attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the VSIP Nghe An Industrial, Urban and Service Zone Project. Accompanying them were leaders from the Government Office, central ministries and agencies, and leaders from provinces and cities…
