Leaders of Nghe An province congratulate the 4th Military Region Command.
On October 15th, commemorating the 79th anniversary of the traditional day of the Armed Forces of Military Region 4 (October 15, 1945 - October 15, 2024), the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, and the armed forces of Nghe An province, led by Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, visited and congratulated the officers and soldiers of the Command of Military Region 4.
Joining the delegation were: Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; and Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.
The delegation was received by Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung - Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of Military Region 4, along with members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Command, and heads of agencies of Military Region 4.
Speaking at the congratulatory ceremony, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu, on behalf of the Party Committee, government, and people of Nghe An province, extended congratulations to the armed forces of Military Region 4. The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also briefly reported on some of the achievements in the economic, political, cultural, and social fields of the province in 2024. On behalf of the Commander-in-Chief, Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung summarized the outstanding achievements of the armed forces of the Military Region in the past period, while acknowledging and highly appreciating the efforts of the armed forces of Nghe An province in carrying out military and national defense tasks. The Political Commissar of the Military Region emphasized the importance of continuing close coordination between the Military Region and the locality in the coming time, in order to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Party, the State, and the Army.
