On the afternoon of May 18, on the occasion of the 131st anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2021), the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province held a flower and incense offering ceremony to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien National Special Historical Relic Site, Nam Dan district.
