Preparing to welcome the Lunar New Year 2025, Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, on behalf of the provincial leaders, extended New Year greetings and presented a banner on the occasion of Lieutenant General Nguyen Quoc Thuoc's 100th birthday.
