Workers in Nghe An have the opportunity to earn attractive salaries.
In early 2025, through job fairs and employment events, businesses announced thousands of job openings in fields such as garment manufacturing, footwear, electronics components, business, finance-banking, and accounting, with attractive salaries.
Opportunity to earn a salary of 20-40 million VND.
Every Monday morning, job exchangeThe Provincial Employment Service Center welcomed hundreds of workers from various regions seeking job opportunities, including a large number of highly skilled workers in fields such as industrial garment manufacturing, automobile assembly, IT, and mechanics. They were greeted by businesses who provided advice and introduced them to suitable positions such as electronic component installation, battery assembly, automotive parts assembly, and garment manufacturing, with attractive salaries ranging from 12 to 15 million VND per month. Ms. Hoang Thi Loc, in charge of human resources at Well King Co., Ltd. – a company producing plastic components for machinery located in the VSIP Industrial Park – stated: “Currently, the company needs 50 high-quality workers with a salary of 20 million VND per month for office and accounting positions. However, since the Lunar New Year, we have only recruited a few people.”

At the provincial job fair, in January and February 2025, 51 businesses had recruitment needs, requiring 5,960 workers. Of these, 5,493 were unskilled laborers. This is not only an opportunity for unskilled workers to find jobs in their hometowns but also a chance for them to learn and receive training in a professional environment, thereby increasing their income.
Mr. Tran Huu Thuong - Deputy Director of the Provincial Employment Service Center

At the job fair held in VSIP Industrial Park in mid-February 2025, a large number of businesses set up recruitment booths right at the event.
The VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park has now reached a 90% occupancy rate, with 52 multinational investors from various sectors such as: Electronics and precision mechanics; Textiles, automotive components; Food processing; Consumer goods, chemicals; and Construction materials. Currently, approximately 23,000 workers are employed in the industrial park, and with many factories completed in the past year, we expect to create 30,000 new jobs by 2025. The manufacturing businesses in the industrial park are providing stable, long-term employment for local workers. They not only transfer technology, organize training, and develop careers, opening up opportunities for advancement, but also ensure attractive incomes, competitive benefits, and welfare, comparable to the incomes of workers in industrial centers in the North and South.
Mr. Teng Wei Hong - Director of VSIP Industrial Park
VSIP Industrial Park Director Teng Wei Hong also stated: Workers from distant areas have many job opportunities within the industrial park because businesses have policies to provide dormitories for workers from afar. According to job opportunities at VSIP Industrial Park, general labor positions offer salaries ranging from 7 to 12 million VND, while highly skilled workers can earn salaries from 20 to 40 million VND.

Creating the best conditions to connect supply and demand.
According to Mr. Tran Luong, Director of Luxshare ICT Nghe An Company, with the expansion of production in the coming time, the company needs up to 25,000 workers, including thousands of high-quality workers. Similarly, Radiant Opto-Electronics Vietnam Nghe An Co., Ltd., a company that invested in a manufacturing plant in VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park, producing electronic components with 100% capital from Taiwan and China, which only started operations in the third quarter of 2024, currently needs 1,100 high-quality workers. Or Innovation Co., Ltd., specializing in the production of aluminum alloy products, needs up to 1,500 high-quality workers. Simply relying on social media or distributing flyers is insufficient for these companies to recruit enough workers. Therefore, the biggest hope of the companies is for local authorities and the labor sector to strengthen the connection between supply and demand.
According to a survey by the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, businesses in the province will need 40,000-45,000 workers by 2025. In response to this situation, the Department has implemented various measures to connect supply and demand, facilitating collaboration between workers and businesses. These include regularly organizing job fairs, both online and in person, at the central office and in various locations in both the lowlands and mountainous regions.
Mr. Tran Phi Hung - Head of the Labor, Employment, and Occupational Safety and Health Department, Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs

Not only has the labor sector strived to create more job exchanges, but the Southeast Economic Zone has also adopted innovative approaches to connect labor supply and demand. According to Mr. Le Tien Tri, Head of the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone in Nghe An: In early January 2025, to effectively implement Directive 33 of the Provincial Party Committee on strengthening the Party's leadership in connecting labor supply and demand, solving employment problems, and attracting labor for domestic and FDI enterprises in the province, for the period 2025-2030, the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone coordinated the review and statistical analysis of labor recruitment needs of enterprises to advise relevant levels, sectors, and localities on organizing propaganda and mobilization activities to encourage Nghe An workers to work in industrial zones and potentially encourage workers who have gone to work elsewhere to return home to work.
In 2025, the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board plans to organize three job fairs at three locations to connect businesses with potential employers: Location 1 at VSIP Industrial Park; Location 2 at WHA Industrial Park, Nam Cam; and Location 3 at Hoang Mai Industrial Park I and II. The "Job Fair, Phase 1, 2025" was successfully held in mid-February. These fairs will strengthen communication, mobilization, and promotion efforts to attract workers currently working or studying in provinces and cities nationwide to work in Nghe An.
