Unemployed workers are still indifferent to vocational training.
(Baonghean.vn) - This is one of the difficulties raised by the leader of the Provincial Employment Service Center to the monitoring delegation of the National Assembly's Committee on Social Affairs on the morning of February 23, when referring to job introduction work.
Conducting a field survey at the Employment Service Center under the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the National Assembly delegation noted many difficulties related to job opportunities and sustainable employment for workers.

Part of the reason is that the demand for jobs from local businesses is not large; the labor market that Nghe An people want to access is Korea, which is limited, and the Japanese market has high requirements for quality, intensity and labor discipline, while the response of workers is limited. This is a major barrier in creating jobs for workers.

In addition, some workers have good professional qualifications but lack skills, so it is difficult to find a job; or some workers are placing high demands on working conditions, environment, and income, so they often ignore job opportunities for themselves. The situation of "job hopping" from one place to another of workers leads to unstable employment.
According to Mr. Ho Xuan Hung - Director of the Provincial Employment Service Center: Some businesses, especially electronics businesses, only recruit workers under 30 years old, and when their eyesight is poor or their hands are slow, they request to terminate the contract. This is one of the reasons leading to unemployment and causing "headaches" for labor managers.
Another difficulty Mr. Ho Xuan Hung pointed out is that the number of unemployed people is mainly unskilled workers, so awareness, combined with the mentality of wanting to find a job right away, means that the number of people who want to be supported in vocational training to find a new, stable, long-term job is quite small.

Surveying the implementation of the Law on Health Insurance at Vinh City General Hospital, the delegation also noted the biggest problem is that although the unit has implemented a mechanism for connecting medical examination and treatment, the allocation of social insurance funds is based on the allocation of health insurance cards for initial medical examination and treatment; causing difficulties in settling health insurance regimes.
In addition, there are recommendations and proposals from hospitals to issue basic health service packages to ensure better benefits for people; the assessment of health insurance fund payments needs to be based on actual medical examination and treatment...
Based on the shortcomings, the monitoring delegation will study and propose to the National Assembly, the Government and the Central Ministries and branches to remove them, so that the Law on Health Insurance can be implemented to ensure maximum benefits for health insurance participants and avoid misuse of health insurance funds.
