Old farmer attacks 83-year-old man when passing by and causing dog to bark
After hitting an old man exercising in the alley of his house with a stick, breaking both his arms, Mr. Binh fled the area.
On October 3, the People's Procuracy of Thach Ha district (Ha Tinh) announced that it had just approved the decision to prosecute the case and approved the arrest warrant for Le Van Binh (54 years old, residing in Thach Lam commune) to investigate the crime.Intentional injury, according to Article 134 of the 2015 Penal Code.

According to the investigation documents, at around 3:00 a.m. on September 10, Mr. Ho Van Hien (83 years old, resident of Thach Lam commune) was walking on the inter-village road. Seeing Mr. Hien passing by his alley, Mr. Binh rushed out from inside, holding an iron rod and beating him repeatedly.
Not stopping there, Mr. Binh continued to run into the house and took out a knife, but by this time the old man had already run away.
The injury assessment results showed that Mr. Hien had both arms broken, with 24% health damage.
Mr. Binh said that Mr. Hien often went to exercise by his house, causing the dog to bark loudly, making him unable to sleep. Frustrated, he waited for an opportunity to confront him.
According to authorities, while waiting for the results of the victim’s injury assessment, Mr. Binh fled the area. Police are trying to persuade his family to cooperate, otherwise a warrant will be issued for his arrest.
