Accordingly, at the above time, three young men (unknown identities, all not wearing helmets) were driving a motorbike with license plate 37L1 55156 traveling from Hanoi to Vinh when they suddenly crashed straight into a 5-seat car with license plate 37A 12084 when the car in front of them turned left at the intersection about 30 meters from Quynh Luu District Hospital. The strong collision caused the motorbike driver to fly far away and hit the concrete dividing line, seriously injured. The two people behind him and the motorbike hit the back of the car and fell to the road, injured with broken limbs.

The car had a broken rear turn signal.

Immediately after the accident, local people promptly took all three to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment. Quynh Luu District Traffic Police promptly arrived to handle the incident.
