Nine inspection teams were established to monitor the implementation of Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (11th Congress).

In accordance with the Politburo and Secretariat's inspection program for 2014, on March 21, Politburo member and Standing Committee Secretary Le Hong Anh signed decisions establishing nine inspection teams of the Politburo and Secretariat to inspect the continued leadership, guidance, and implementation of Resolution No. 4 of the 11th Central Committee on "Some urgent issues concerning Party building today."

Accordingly, five inspection teams of the Politburo were led by Mr. and Mrs. Ngo Van Du, Dinh The Huynh, Nguyen Xuan Phuc, Tong Thi Phong, and Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan.

The places inspected included the Party Committee of the Ministry of Interior, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Education and Training; and the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of Nam Dinh, Thanh Hoa, Dong Nai, Dong Thap, Dak Lak, and Thai Nguyen.

The focus of the inspection is on organizational and personnel matters and the implementation of the principle of democratic centralism in the aforementioned agencies and units.

The four inspection teams of the Party Central Committee were led by Mr./Ms. Ngo Xuan Lich, Mr. Truong Hoa Binh, Ms. Ha Thi Khiet, and Mr. Tran Quoc Vuong.

The places inspected included the Party Committee of the Ministry of Health, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Standing Committees of the Provincial and City Party Committees of Can Tho, Ninh Binh, Nghe An, Lao Cai, and Lam Dong.

The focus of the inspection is on the leadership and guidance in practicing thrift and combating waste in the management and use of budgets and procurement of public assets for the aforementioned agencies and units.

The inspection teams are tasked with developing plans, organizing inspections according to the inspection procedures of the Politburo and the Secretariat, and preparing inspection reports to be submitted to the Politburo and the Secretariat in the third quarter of this year.
