A member of the inspection team promptly approached to prevent this woman's actions. At the scene of the gas tank area of ​​the enterprise, the inspection team discovered that the E5 RON 92 gasoline tank had been renovated to be able to connect to both E5 RON 92 and RON 95 gasoline stations. The RON 95 gasoline tank could only connect to the RON 95 gasoline station and had a lock to open and close. In addition, both oil tanks of this enterprise were also connected to an oil station.

“With such a technological system renovation, the facility can use the E5 RON 92 gasoline tank to sell RON 95 gasoline to cheat on the type (the price of E5 RON 92 gasoline is lower than RON 95 gasoline - PV). In addition, at the oil selling column, the facility can also use the goods stored in 2 oil tanks at the same time to sell. If it had been just a few seconds later, the facility owner could have concealed his violation,” said Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha - Chief Inspector of the Department of Science and Technology at the “scene”, adding that at this time, the valve of the RON 95 gasoline tank was locked and the facility owner used the E5 RON 92 gasoline tank to sell to both RON 95 and E5 RON 92 gasoline columns.
