Pentagon denies international coalition attack on Syrian army
The Pentagon has denied reports of an attack on Syrian troops in the Al-Bukemal area.

"It was not an attack by the US or coalition forces," said Pentagon spokesman Adrian Rankine-Galloway.
Earlier, the Syrian news agency SANA reported that the US-led international coalition's air force attacked Syrian army positions in Deir ez Zor province, killing and injuring a number of people.
