Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation strengthens coordination and propaganda work with press agencies

Attending the meeting were comrade Kha Van Tam - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, and representatives of leaders of a number of press agencies located in the area.

At the meeting, representatives of the Provincial Federation of Labor reported on the evaluation of propaganda work with the press in 2020 and informed about key tasks in trade union activities and propaganda work in the press in 2021, the last years of the 2018-2023 term.

Propaganda and mobilization work is considered one of the important tasks of the Trade Union organization. Over the years, the propaganda work of the Trade Union organization has always been innovative and diversified in forms such as: oral propaganda, propaganda through media agencies and newspapers.

Nghe An Provincial Federation of LaborIdentify, trade union activities and propaganda information among employees need to create wider spread, creating more positive effects among employees and the whole society. Therefore, propaganda work needs to be promoted and innovated further, including propaganda work in the press.

In 2021, in addition to continuing to effectively implement the signed coordination program with Nghe An Newspaper, Labor Newspaper, Labor Union Magazine, Provincial Radio and Television Station, the Provincial Labor Federation will proactively coordinate with press agencies in Nghe An province to more effectively carry out propaganda work.

The propaganda activities of Nghe An Trade Union in 2021 will focus on the following key contents: Strengthening information and propaganda to raise awareness aboutprevention of Covid-19 epidemicamong employees and activities of trade unions at all levels in epidemic prevention; Propaganda on the topic“Improving the quality of grassroots union staff”, tPropagating about the Trade Union organization, the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions; Propagating about the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, implementing programs and plans to implement the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress in trade union levels; Propagating the results of implementing the Resolution of the 18th Nghe An Trade Union Congress, term 2018-2023; Propagating activities to celebrate major holidays of trade union levels; Propagating about Workers' Month 2021 with the theme "Unity, creativity, overcoming difficulties, development"associated with the organization of the 135th anniversary of International Labor Day 1/5 and responding to the Month of Occupational Safety and Health; Propagating the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and the election of deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term; Propagating activities to care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers...
