Provincial Federation of Labor implements plan to promote communication work

Attending the Conference, comrade Phan Thanh Doai - Deputy of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee discussed aboutmass mobilization workin general and in the trade union organization in particular. He pointed out the forms of mass mobilization suitable for the trade union organization as well as ways to solve arising problems through specific examples. These contents help trade union officials gain more experience in mobilizing union members, gathering workers and laborers, contributing to building an increasingly strong trade union organization.

At the conference, Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Thi Thu Nhi also deployed the plan to implement the Program "Promoting communication work of Nghe An Trade Union until 2023".

Accordingly, this plan will closely follow the Resolution of the 12th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, the Resolution of the 18th Congress of the Nghe An Trade Union, the annual work program, and the communication work of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to specify the content, reflect the grassroots practice to highlight the message of "Innovation - Creativity - Efficiency in trade union activities". The plan will focus on some specialized content, popular content, regularly updated and outstanding activities of the trade union organization such asWorkers Month, Tet Sum vay, Vietnam Trade Union Founding Day...

To put the plan into practice and achieve good results, in the coming time, the Provincial Federation of Labor will organize training courses and communication skills for key union officials; Strengthen and promote the work ofcooperate with press agenciesand the Trade Union's social networking sites to organize information and propaganda; improve the quality of activities of the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation's Electronic Information Portal; establish the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation's Electronic Information Page; Promote propaganda work on the Facebook page and Zalo group of the Provincial Labor Federation in the direction of conveying and capturing information... Based on the practical situation of the unit, the District, City, Town Labor Federations, Industry Trade Unions; affiliated Trade Unions; Provincial Labor Culture House have the task of developing appropriate plans to achieve specific targets.
