Handover ceremony of My Ly Boarding Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities

(Baonghean.vn) - At Xop Tu village, My Ly commune (Ky Son), Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation has just held a handover ceremony for the My Ly Boarding Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities.

The project started in August 2016 and was completed in November 2016, built on a land area of ​​15,900 m^2,Phase 1 is invested in construction including 12 classrooms, with an area of ​​823.78 m², with capital from Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation with a cost of over 7 billion VND. Phase 2 will continue to build the remaining items with counterpart capital from the district budget with a total cost of nearly 3 billion VND.

The project has been initially completed and put into use, demonstrating the sincerity of the staff of Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation, with the desire to create better conditions in terms of facilities for teachers and students of the school to be more convenient in teaching and learning, and to escape the previous situation of classrooms with bamboo and thatch.

Also at the ceremony, representatives of Vietnam Cement Industry Corporation presented 200 gifts, including clothes, some daily necessities for boarding students, and a television for the school.
