Official welcoming ceremony for Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc in Moscow
The official welcoming ceremony for Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his wife and the Vietnamese high-ranking delegation took place solemnly at Vnukovo 2 airport with the presence of senior officials of the two countries.

At around 6:00 p.m. on May 21 local time, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his wife, along with the Vietnamese high-ranking delegation, arrived at Vnukovo 2 airport in Moscow, continuing important activities within the framework of the official visit to the Russian Federation at the invitation of Russian Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev.
The official welcoming ceremony for Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his wife and the Vietnamese high-ranking delegation took place solemnly at Vnukovo 2 airport with the presence of high-ranking officials of the two countries; Honor Guard, Military Band and a special welcome parade.
Attending the welcoming ceremony, on the side of the Government of the Russian Federation were Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Vietnam Konstantin Vnukov; leaders of a number of departments and offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. On the side of Vietnam were Ambassador of Vietnam to the Russian Federation Ngo Duc Manh and his wife; officials and staff of the Embassy and a large number of Vietnamese people living, working and studying in Moscow.
After Ambassador Ngo Duc Manh boarded the plane and invited the Prime Minister and his wife, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation respectfully welcomed Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and his wife right at the foot of the plane's stairs; respectfully, together with officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, invited the Prime Minister to inspect the Guard of Honor. The military band played the national anthems of Vietnam and the Russian Federation.
At the end of the welcoming ceremony, the Honor Guard paraded in welcome.

During his stay in Moscow on this visit, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc will hold talks and meetings with leaders of the Russian Federation. Notably, one of the key activities of the visit is that Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, together with the high-ranking leaders of the Russian Federation, will chair the opening ceremony of the Vietnam-Russia Cross Year.
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc will attend the Vietnam-Russia Business Forum. He is also expected to receive a number of large Russian businesses; meet with the Vietnam War Veterans Association, the Russia-Vietnam Friendship Association and present Friendship Medals to a number of Russian citizens who have made positive contributions to the bilateral relationship./.
