Commemoration ceremony for Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan

(Baonghean) - On February 2nd (December 22nd in the lunar calendar), at the Kim Lien historical site (Nam Dan district), the People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Nam Dan district, along with the Kim Lien historical site, the Nguyen Sinh family, and the Hoang Xuan clan, solemnly organized the 112th anniversary commemoration ceremony for Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan - the mother of President Ho Chi Minh. Representatives from the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, leaders of Nam Dan district, and a large number of people from Kim Lien and Nam Giang communes attended the ceremony.

The memorial ceremony was held according to traditional rituals, expressing the gratitude and appreciation of the people of the province towards Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan, the mother and caregiver of President Ho Chi Minh, the great leader of the Vietnamese nation.

Earlier, officials from the Kim Lien Historical Site, along with representatives from the Hoang Xuan and Nguyen Sinh families, visited the tomb of Lady Hoang Thi Loan at Dong Tranh Mountain, Nam Giang commune (Nam Dan district) to offer flowers and incense and respectfully report their achievements before the spirit of Lady Hoang Thi Loan.
