In which, the grassroots festival activities "Sen Village Singing Festival" will be held from April 2019 to May 10, 2019 in the whole province; the provincial festival will take place in 3 days.(from May 17 to May 19, 2019)with various activities such as:
Opening of the exhibition of large-scale propaganda paintings celebrating the 60th anniversary of the opening of the Ho Chi Minh Trail - the traditional day of Truong Son soldiers at Ho Chi Minh Square;
Parade carrying Uncle Ho's photo from Ho Chi Minh Square to Kim Lien relic site; Opening of the 2019 Lotus Village Festival;
Exhibitions on the topics of the Party, Uncle Ho and Festivals in Kim Lien commune (Nam Dan), Nghe An Museum and Soviet Nghe Tinh Museum;
Performing Nghe Tinh Vi and Giam folk songs at Ho Chi Minh Square and Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district;
Organizing folk games associated with Uncle Ho's childhood activities at Lang Sen Stadium and Chung Mountain, Kim Lien Commune;
Organize cultural, artistic, sports and camping exchange activities in communes and towns throughout Nam Dan district.

In particular, within the framework of the festival, there will be 2 outstanding cultural and sports activities: the provincial Lotus Village Singing Festival associated with the 2019 Lotus Village Festival Beauty Contest and the Volleyball and traditional martial arts tournaments of districts, cities and towns in Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district.
The activities of the provincial festival are directed by the Provincial People's Committee to be organized in accordance with the space and time in the two localities of Vinh city and Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district./.
