Le Quyen writes a 'letter from the heart' amid the noise of artists' charity work
Le Quyen expressed sympathy for artists who have been continuously caught up in scandals related to charity work recently.
In recent days, a series of artists have been called out for noise surrounding the call for charity money.
Notably, on the afternoon of September 17, Thuy Tien and Cong Vinh livestreamed outside the bank to post their account statements to call for donations to support the people of Central Vietnam during the historic storm and flood last year. Immediately after, all 18,000 pages of statements, along with answers to public questions, along with local confirmation documents and a clear summary of income and expenditure, were shared by Thuy Tien on her personal Facebook page.
Before Thuy Tien - Cong Vinh, social networks "exploded" when Tran Thanh released 1,000 pages of records declaring transactions in his personal account that he used to call for donations.

Amidst the controversy over the charity statement, Le Quyen recently posted a heartfelt message to the artists on her personal Instagram story, she wrote: “It's not that I'm lucky to not be involved in any controversy, but because I choose my own way, I do everything according to my strength, doing as much as I can. Suddenly, I lie down and think, I feel so sorry, so sorry for my artist brothers and sisters. Let's try to help whoever we can, but in the most peaceful way, without hurting ourselves. I wish I could meet and hug them right now."

Recently, Le Quyen is also one of the names that has been unintentionally dragged into scandals related to charity. Many online accounts left comments on her personal page wondering why the singer does not do charity.
In response to these comments, under a senior's post, Le Quyen left a comment expressing her opinion on artists doing charity: "I know what I can do, I am happy and at peace. The rest is for everyone to enjoy, big brother. The pandemic has become an excuse for many useless people to be hypocritical and talkative. Being kind is not enough, being a little mean is too much. Love you, big brother," the female singer shared.
