According to information, this time back, Mr. "Hai Lo" will take on the position of Technical Director like he did at Becamex Binh Duong before.

Le Thuy Hai (born in 1946), also known as “Hai Lo”, is a Vietnamese football player and coach from Ha Tay (now Hanoi). He used to play for the Railway Club under the General Department of Railways and was a Vietnam national team player. After retiring, he was the coach of many Vietnamese football clubs such as Ninh Binh, Becamex Binh Duong, Da Nang, The Cong, Hai Phong, Thanh Hoa.

Mr. Le Thuy Hai joined the Railway football team from the end of 1965, and ended his career in the early 80s.

He started coaching in the 90s and made his mark by helping Becamex Binh Duong win the championship in 3 years 2007, 2008, 2014. He is considered a "special person" and he is also one of the coaches with the highest salary in Vietnam. According to experts, he is a coach with a strong personality and has achieved quite a lot of success.
