On the morning of September 26, the Vietnamese Embassy in Laos held a ceremony to pay tribute to President Tran Dai Quang and opened a condolence book for leaders, agencies, unions, diplomatic delegations and international organizations in Laos to pay their respects and sign the condolence book.
