Strange ban from new coach Ruben Amorim
Ruben Amorim is making major changes to his training methods to help his players absorb his new philosophy and tactical system.

Therefore, he asked his assistants to reduce the complicated instructions and instead give simpler, easier-to-understand instructions, helping the players not to worry too much about positioning and movements on the field.
"The players had to think too much during the game, that was very clear. They needed time to adapt to this scheme," Amorim shared. By banning his assistants from giving complex instructions, he hopes that the players will quickly adapt and feel close in his coaching style. Instead of just focusing on tactics, Amorim also focuses on connecting with the players, understanding the team's psychology and culture to create a positive and energetic environment.
