National Radio Festival takes place in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of March 13, the People's Committee of Nghe An province held a meeting of the Organizing Committee of the 13th National Radio Festival, 2018 in Nghe An. Comrades: Tran Minh Hung - Deputy General Director of Voice of Vietnam; Le Minh Thong - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee co-chaired the meeting. Also attending were representatives of leaders of departments, branches and sectors.

The 13th National Radio Festival, 2018 is scheduled to be held from May 3-5, 2018 in Vinh City with the theme "Radio with the cause of promoting industrialization, modernization of the country and international integration".
Through the festival, the image of the homeland and country is widely promoted. This is also an opportunity for Nghe An to promote the achievements and policies to attract investment and develop the province's socio-economy in the cause of innovation.
According to the plan, this year's festival will have many outstanding activities: professional exchange seminars; technical exhibitions introducing new products and technology equipment in radio and television; performing special art programs to serve the people...
Acknowledging and thanking Nghe An province for its coordination in preparation, Mr. Tran Minh Hung - Deputy General Director of Voice of Vietnam affirmed that the National Radio Festival is a big event, with the participation of central and industry leaders, so the organizing committee needs to have a detailed plan to be proactive in dealing with arising situations.
This year’s festival has about 80 radio, television and press agencies nationwide participating with more than 260 works. Before entering the final round, Voice of Vietnam organized 3 preliminary rounds in the regions.
Comrade Le Minh Thong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial People's Committee Office to review the plan; members of the organizing committee based on the assigned tasks to coordinate well the contents of time, location, accommodation arrangements, environmental sanitation, security and order... to ensure the success and quality of the event.
