According to the estimates of the participants, the snake weighed about 2kg.
Winter is also the time when snakes are not very active. It is rare to encounter a cobra on the road. "If you encounter it at another time, the snake can be more aggressive and very dangerous." - The man who controlled the snake admitted that this was dangerous.
However, many mountain people often try to catch snakes alive to sell. If the snakes are beaten to death, they are used as food.

There have been many tragic incidents involving snake catchers in the mountains. Most recently, on the evening of September 30, 2018, Mr. Le Xuan Hoa in Chau Hoi commune (Quy Chau - Nghe An) died from a snake bite. Before that, a cobra had entered his family's chicken coop and Mr. Hoa had tried to catch it, but unfortunately was bitten by the snake. The 60-year-old man died shortly after.
