U19 Song Lam Nghe An faces U19 PVF in the quarter-finals

Participating in the final round of the 2024 National U19 Championship, U19 Song Lam Nghe An is in Group C, along with U19 Viettel, U19 Binh Phuoc and U19 Khanh Hoa. Looking at the performance of U19 PVF, it can be affirmed that this is a very strong team, with a balanced force, and an effective playing style. U19 PVF often develops attacks by rotating the ball in short segments. The coherence and variation in the way they attack has caused PVF's opponents in this year's tournament to face many difficulties.

In particular, to increase strength, from the quarter-finals, U19 PVF added 3 outstanding factors from U21 PVF. These 3 players have played successfully and helped U21 PVF win the championship at the 2023 National U21 Tournament. Notably, midfielder Thai Ba Dat is present. This player is considered a bright star in Vietnamese youth football. At the 2023 National U21 Tournament, Thai Ba Dat played impressively and won the title of Best Player of the Tournament.

In addition, starting from the quarterfinals, PVF also added 3 stars from the reigning National U21 champion - U21 PVF. Therefore, meeting them in the quarterfinals is a big challenge for U19 Song Lam Nghe An. However, I hope that the fans will always support the team, giving more spirit to the Nghe players, thereby helping the whole team to overcome this high mountain".

To further strengthen the fighting strength of U19 Song Lam Nghe An, starting from the quarter-finals, coach Huy Hoang's team will be supplemented with 2 more players from the Song Lam Nghe An first team. The chosen ones are goalkeeper Cao Van Binh and midfielder Nguyen Quang Vinh. At present, these are considered the 2 most outstanding young talents at the Song Lam Nghe An youth football training center and have played impressively at the 2023 National U21 Tournament.
