The US Presidential car on the test track.

Photos of the limousine continue to appear every few months, despite previous rumors that it would be unveiled at the President's inauguration earlier this year.

The car will replace the 2009 Cadillac One, nicknamed "The Beast," which was designed by GM and delivered after President Obama's inauguration in 2009.

Every four to eight years a new limousine is designed and built for the President, and to this day, Cadillac remains the preferred choice of government agencies.

The leaked images show that the new limousine still retains all the characteristics of Cadillac's current model line. The rear end and grille are similar to the CT6 flagship sedan. The new car is expected to have a reinforced frame similar to what is found on GM's commercial trucks, and a sloping roof reminiscent of Rolls-Royce.

No one knows exactly what equipment will be installed under the hood andWhat does the car have? For example, President Trump's current limousine has an armored fuel tank, bulletproof tires, a fire suppression system, and military-grade armor with fiberglass lining. In addition, the current Cadillac One is equipped with an encrypted satellite access system, weapons, and medical equipment.

GM agreed to build the latest presidential limousine in September 2013, several years before the 2016 election was decided. Until the new car is delivered, Mr. Trump will continue to use the current fleet of presidential limousines.

It is unclear when the vehicle will be delivered to the federal government, although the contract between the US Department of Homeland Security and GM had a delivery date of March 30.
