The person who made this outfit is Linh Chi's close friend and colleague. He said the dress was custom-made for the beauty queen and cost about 10 million VND. The tie-dye fabric was imported from Italy to ensure a smooth sheen and exquisite color. Regarding the accusation of "copying" designer brands, he stated that he is not a designer, but only makes dresses according to the client's request.
