According to official information from MTE, tickets for My Tam's Heartbeat live show in Ho Chi Minh City officially went on sale at 8 AM on October 8th, but less than 24 hours later, the admin announced the system was closed due to "sold out" status.

Ten years after her live shows "That Day - Now" (2004) and "Multifrequency Waves" (2008), My Tam officially announced the good news to all her fans: she will be holding a live show called "Heartbeat" with completely free admission at both Hang Day Stadium (Hanoi) and Military Zone 7 Stadium (Ho Chi Minh City).

Starting at 8:00 AM on October 8, 2014, the website for free ticket registration opened, but less than 40 minutes later, the system was forced to shut down and announce that all tickets were sold out in Hanoi, due to the overwhelming number of online registrations.

Shortly after, ticket registration for the Ho Chi Minh City area was closed again just one day later (October 9th). This was despite the fact that My Tam and the organizers had previously considered raising the total ticket price to 35,000 per show instead of the previously planned 20,000 or 30,000 tickets.

According to statistics from the technical department of My Tam Entertainment Company - MTE, ticket registrations included audiences nationwide, with 50% from Ho Chi Minh City, 25% from the Mekong Delta provinces, 20% from the Central and Northern regions, and 5% from overseas.

Following this situation, the sponsor and representatives of My Tam have issued apologies to all fans who purchased tickets for the Heartbeat live show through the website.

The Heart Beat live show - My Tam's live concert has a youthful vibe, with the meaning: "When we share the same heartbeat, the same breath, we will create miracles together." The live show will take place on two days: November 9th at the Military Zone 7 Stadium (Ho Chi Minh City) and November 23rd at the Hang Day Stadium (Hanoi).
