(Baonghean.vn) - The management and use of weapons and technical equipment is of special importance to the training and combat readiness tasks of military units in general and of the provincial armed forces in particular.
On the morning of August 5, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command held a conference to review the Campaign 50 "Management and exploitation of good, durable, safe, economical and traffic-safe technical weapons and equipment" for the period 2015 - 2019.
Attending the conference were Colonel Nguyen Tuan Anh - Deputy Chief of Technical Department of Military Region, member of Steering Committee 50 of Military Region 4; representatives of the Steering Committee of Provincial Traffic Safety Committee; representatives of affiliated agencies and units. Colonel Tran Van Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of Nghe An Provincial Military Command chaired the conference.
With the spirit of proactively overcoming difficulties, over the past 5 years (2015 - 2019), agencies and units in the Provincial Military Command have focused on strictly managing existing weapons and equipment; preventing loss and explosion incidents.
Maintain and strictly implement technical working regimes, ensuring the goal of "Managing, exploiting and using technical weapons and equipment well, durably, safely and economically".
100% of technical equipment of all sectors and levels are registered with serial numbers and strictly managed according to hierarchy. Thereby, ensuring good technical equipment for training missions, combat readiness as well as other mobile missions of the provincial armed forces.
