According to Spo TV News, after parting ways with Bae Ji-won, Coach Park Hang-seo has found a new partner in the position of fitness coach. According to this newspaper, former fitness coach of the Cambodian national team, Willander Fonseca, is the person who will be trusted.

Although only 31 years old, fitness coach Willander Fonseca has 11 years of experience. The Brazilian coach started his career at a third-division club in his home country at the age of 20. He then worked at several first- and third-division Brazilian clubs before moving to Buriram United (Thailand) in 2015.

Mr. Willander Fonseca works for the Cambodian national team and once visited My Dinh in a match in the 2019 Asian Cup qualifiers. This was the match that the Vietnamese national team won with a score of 5-0 under the leadership of interim coach Mai Duc Chung.
