Theo quy định của pháp luật
"Within 60 days from the date of issuance of this decision, if the investor, Bao Son Construction and Tourism Investment Joint Stock Company, fails to present a Construction Permit issued by the competent authority, the violating construction will be forcibly demolished" is the content stated in Decision No. 385/QD-QLDT. However, at land plot No. 72, Le Loi Street, the investor still organized construction as if nothing had happened. Because the suspension decision is not valid, very few people believe that after 60 days if the investor fails to present a Construction Permit, the construction will be forcibly demolished.
