Evidence seized at the scene included 182 synthetic drug pills and 14.5 grams of heroin.
According to initial testimony, Bi confessed that he took advantage of the epidemic to transport the above drugs from across the border to Vietnam for consumption, but was discovered and arrested by the authorities.
