Prosecution of defendant Truong Huy San for the crime of 'Abusing democratic freedoms'

The Supreme People's Procuracy has completed the indictment to prosecute the defendant Truong Huy San for the crime of "Abusing democratic freedoms to infringe upon the interests of the State, the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals" as prescribed in Article 331, Clause 2 - Penal Code.
Mr. Le Tung Van received 5 years in prison.

The panel of judges said that Mr. Le Tung Van, 90 years old, and the defendants did not admit to their actions, but the expert conclusions and testimonies clearly showed their criminal acts.
