Class with nearly 100% students admitted directly and 'huge' achievements in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - The class won 6 full scholarships from prestigious universities around the world, 11 national excellent student awards, 33/34 students were admitted directly to university, 26.76 was the average score of block D1, one student was the valedictorian of the province in block D and was in the top 5 candidates with the highest scores in the country.

Pressure and discipline
As an English major class of the prestigious Phan Boi Chau school, it has become "obvious" that students and teachers are under a lot of pressure. To turn pressure into a goal with an eager spirit to conquer, right from the beginning of the 10th grade, in addition to understanding the strengths and aspirations of each student, homeroom teacher Nguyen Thi Hoang Lan has both oriented and created rules and discipline for the group. Her goal for the whole class is: 100% of students achieve the title of excellent students of the province, 100% of students participating in the National Excellent Student Competition achieve "determined" prizes and win First Prize, with the top student in block D of the whole province.

“Seeing students studying enthusiastically, “determinedly”, always making efforts, even those with high achievements who received full scholarships and were admitted directly still love to study, I myself, who directly teaches Literature, have to admire their learning ability”, said Literature teacher Hoang Hien Luong.
Not hiding her joy and pride in the achievements of her young students, homeroom teacher Nguyen Thi Hoang Lan shared: “At the beginning of each school year, I always guide the class committee to set goals from small to large for the class, and measures to complete those goals. In the 12th school year, the class's goal is to win first prize in the National Excellent Student Competition,valedictorianD1 block, won scholarships and were directly admitted to prestigious universities. Every month, the class reviewed their goals to see where they had not achieved and tried harder. Especially after each mock high school graduation exam, the class reviewed the results together and supported each other to improve. With the dedication of teacher Dao Nguyen Su, teacher Nguyen Tu Ngoc in Math and teacher Hoang Hien Luong in Literature, the students have gradually improved their knowledge.

Many prestigious universities in the world offer invitations
The efforts of all students in studying are marked by many high prizes in exams. Class 12C5 has 34 students, 100% of whom achieved the title of excellent students of the province, with 5 first prizes, 20 second prizes, 6 third prizes, 3 consolation prizes. 100% of students participating in the National Excellent Student Exam in the 2 years of grade 11 and grade 12 won prizes, creating a "miracle" by winning 11 prizes in the National Excellent Student Exam: 2 first prizes, 8 second prizes, 1 third prize.
The "bursting" joy described by the students was a gift that the whole class gave to the teachers, especially the homeroom teacher who had "worked hard" to support them. Although 33 out of 34 students were directly admitted to domestic universities, they were not satisfied with the results, all of them affirmed their outstanding academic performance in the recent high school graduation exam. The average score of the whole class in block D was 26.76, of which: English was 9.5, Literature was 8.7, Math was 8.5; there were 8 scores of 10, 33 scores of 9. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu won the title of valedictorian of block D1 in the whole province, with a total score of 28.7, of which: Literature was 9.5, English was 9.8, Math was 9.4 and Hieu also entered the Top 5 candidates with the highest scores in block D in the whole country.
A special thing that is also considered a "miracle" of the class is that the twin sisters Vo Hien Khanh and Vo Ai Khanh, although they were students admitted directly to University, both achieved "sky-high" total scores in block D1, Ai Khanh 27.9 points, Hien Khanh 27.05 points, especially in Literature, although not a specialized subject, both sisters scored above 9, in which Ai Khanh scored 9.5 (the province's top score in Literature).

“When I took over the homeroom class at the beginning of the 10th grade school year, I was very excited because from the first day we met, the teacher and students got along very well and saw that each student had their own strengths. Promoting each individual's strengths is the secret to achieving high results for the class,” the homeroom teacher confided.
