Brigade 414 implements Resolution No. 6 of the Central Committee (11th Congress).

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 3rd, the Party Committee of Brigade 414 (Military Region 4) organized a conference to study, understand, and implement the resolutions and conclusions of the 6th Conference of the Central Committee (11th term) for 250 cadres and Party members of the unit.



Overview of the Conference

At the conference, Colonel Nguyen Ba Soa – Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Brigade, and Lieutenant Colonel Dang Viet Huynh – Party Committee member and Head of Political Affairs, disseminated and explained five key points: the socio-economic situation and state budget in 2012, and the socio-economic development and budget plan for 2013; continued reform of land policies and laws; continued restructuring and improvement of the efficiency of state-owned enterprises; development of science and technology to serve the cause of industrialization and modernization; and fundamental and comprehensive reform of education and training.

According to the plan, on April 4th, 15th, and 16th, the Brigade Party Committee will continue to organize study sessions, disseminate and implement resolutions and conclusions for the remaining personnel in the permanent troop deployment area and at the two battalions currently carrying out construction projects.
