At the same time, there must be stricter regulations on leadership and direction of the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, in conjunction with strengthening national defense and security potential; strengthening the protection of defense works to proactively deal with situations that may occur on the border and sea areas, maintaining political security, social order and safety, firmly protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security.
