Bodybuilder Pham Van Mach won the world bodybuilding championship for the fifth time.

Bodybuilder Pham Van Mach won his fifth world gold medal at the World Bodybuilding and Fitness Championship taking place in Mongolia.

Participating in the men's 55 kg category, Pham Van Mach surpassed opponents from China, Nepal and host Mongolia to step up to the highest position.

This is the 5th time in his career that Pham Van Mach has won the world championship, but perhaps the most surprising time because he has just returned to bodybuilding after nearly 2 years away from the competition.

The Vietnamese bodybuilding team also won another gold medal in the women's 55 kg category with the victory of athlete Dinh Kim Loan while Tran Thi Cam Tu and Pham Phuong Thao excellently won two more championships in the fitness category./.
