The Spring Festival is a special program held annually to welcome the new spring in the Western region of Nghe An. This year, the Western Nghe An Spring Festival gathered mass art troupes from Tan Ky, Anh Son, Con Cuong, Ky Son, and Tuong Duong districts. In addition, there were artists and actors from the Nghe An Ethnic Song and Dance Troupe. Speaking at the opening of the Festival, Ms. Dinh Thi Le Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulated the troupes attending the festival.

With 12 culturally rich singing and dancing performances, elaborately staged, the crowd was able to enjoy the joyful atmosphere of the festival.
