Attending were comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, representatives of provincial agencies and departments and districts of Tan Ky, Anh Son, Con Cuong, Ky Son and the host unit Tuong Duong along with a large number of local people.

The Spring Festival is a special program held annually to welcome the new spring in the Western region of Nghe An. This year, the Western Nghe An Spring Festival gathered mass art troupes from Tan Ky, Anh Son, Con Cuong, Ky Son, and Tuong Duong districts. In addition, there was the participation of artists from the Nghe An Ethnic Song and Dance Troupe. In her opening speech, Ms. Dinh Thi Le Thanh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulated the troupes attending the festival.

With 12 culturally rich singing and dancing performances, elaborately staged, the crowd was able to live in the joyful atmosphere of the festival. The Nhuon and Lam melodies of the Thai people, the Khen and Jew's harp sounds of the Mong people, and the Khmu dances blended with the spring colors of the Western region, making people's hearts warm and excited.
