(Baonghean.vn) - In Dai Hue peak, the night of candle-lit lanterns in gratitude made the Vu Lan ceremony of filial piety at Dai Tue pagoda more magical and sparkling.


On the night of August 11 (July 11, Ky Hoi year), Dai Tue Pagoda in Nam Anh commune, Nam Dan district solemnly held the Vu Lan Festival to show filial piety in Buddhist calendar 2563. During the ceremony, monks shared the meaning, origin and message of the Vu Lan Festival. In the spirit of gratitude and gratitude of the nation, for thousands of years, Buddhism has always respected and taken filial piety as the top priority. It is that spirit that has brightened the humanistic and patriotic tradition of the nation.

Vu Lan Festival at Dai Tue Pagoda took place with many rituals: chanting Buddha's name to pray for blessings, remembering the four great favors, offering flowers, Dharma talks, lighting candles in gratitude... In the photo: Delegates and monks offered incense and chanted Buddha's name.

At the beginning of the ceremony, Dai Tue Pagoda presented 26 gifts to victims of Agent Orange/dioxin in Nam Anh commune.
