1. Safe design

2. Material

The next thing to mention is material safety. There are many types of carpets on the market with different materials such as:

- Felt material:Felt carpets are often equipped by car manufacturers with their cars. The advantage of felt is that it has a good ability to hold dust, limiting dust from flying in the air in the car. However, the disadvantage of felt carpets is that they are difficult to clean and retain moisture for a long time, so when used in the environmental conditions in Vietnam, they are prone to mold and cause a very unpleasant odor.

- Simili material (imitation leather, PU):Simili carpets or PU leather carpets have many designs, models, and colors suitable for many users. The disadvantage of this type of carpet is that it is not very durable, it absorbs water, so it is difficult to clean. Because it is a faux leather material, it is easy to crack when used in hot weather and has a toxic PU paint smell.

- Rubber material:Rubber mats come in two main types: synthetic rubber and natural rubber. The advantages of rubber mats are that they are convenient, less prone to dirt, easy to clean, waterproof, and can be used in all weather conditions.

However, the current rubber mats are mainly synthetic rubber, cheap but poor quality, the biggest disadvantage is that they have a very unpleasant and toxic smell when exposed to hot weather. Only a few types of high quality natural rubber mats can withstand high temperatures, without deformation or causing toxic odors.

- Leather carpet:Leather mats are often used for luxury and high-end cars. The mats cost from two to three million VND or more. This product is highly aesthetic, increasing the luxury of the car, but users need to be more careful when using it.

3. Grip, fixed hook pin to the car floor

Floor mats that are not fixed on the car floor will not be effective in protecting the floor and preventing dirt. In addition, if the floor mat in the driver's position is slippery and moves, it will make the driver's operation of the accelerator and brake pedal unsafe.

Therefore, users should choose mats with spikes and pins that fix the position to the car floor. This helps the mats not to move during use. Floor mats that are too thick can hinder the brake and accelerator pedals. Insufficient braking force causes unsafety and can easily cause accidents while driving.

Therefore, car users should only use 1 floor mat for the foot positions on the car floor. This helps to limit mold.

5. Don't be afraid to try carpets
