Training on combat readiness status of Nghe An Provincial Armed Forces
(Baonghean.vn) - For 2 days (March 4-5), Nghe An Provincial Military Command organized a training session to prepare for combat readiness in 2024.
Attending, monitoring and directing the practice were comrades: Colonel Ngo Nam Cuong - Deputy Commander of Military Region 4; Colonel Thai Duc Hanh - Deputy Chief of Politics of Military Region.

Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Member of the Standing Committee of the Military Party Committee, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command chaired the exercise. Also attending the exercise were Colonel Nguyen Ky Hong - Deputy Secretary of the Military Party Committee, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Military Party Committee; heads of the Staff, Political, Logistics - Technical departments and agencies in the exercise framework.

In 2024, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command, the Military Commands of districts, towns, cities and affiliated units organized two training exercises: Moving the armed forces from a state of regular combat readiness to a high level, advising on moving localities into a state of national defense emergency; Moving the state of combat readiness from a high level to the entire state, advising on moving localities into a state of wartime.

Thanks to good preparation, serious and correct implementation of the steps in the state transition,Nghe An Provincial Military Commandsuccessfully completed the training content to transition to combat readiness in 2024. Notably, the Provincial Military Command and the Military Commands of districts, towns and cities have done a good job of advising the Party Committees and authorities to move the locality into a state of national defense emergency.
The training process is carried out closely to reality, closely following the principles, flexibly applying in handling each state of combat readiness; operating the correct mechanism, closely linking and applying the practical socio-economic situation associated with strengthening national defense and security in the province; organizing mobile marches of forces, vehicles, weapons and equipment ready for combat to the evacuation area to ensure speed, secrecy and safety.

Through training, the aim is to improve leadership and command capacity, the level of organization, command, combat advice, coordination, and situation handling for cadres at all levels; improve the combat readiness of agencies and units, promptly advise local Party committees and authorities to handle all situations, contributing to maintaining political security and social order and safety in the area./.
