"There is currently a lack of dialogue in the country, a lack of understanding of the real situation. All this requires the return of Seif al-Islam to reach a political settlement," the lawyer said.
"Sometimes there are reports that Saif al-Islam has left Libya, but that is not true. He meets with Libyan leaders, representatives of tribes to solve political problems and reconcile between the parties. His work is convenient compared to the negotiations going on in Tunisia."
"The negotiators are not interested in stability, but in signing agreements with each other to protect personal interests that are far from the needs of ordinary Libyans. At the negotiations, only the plans of foreign countries that benefit from prolonging the Libyan crisis are implemented."
Khalid al-Zaidi added: "Libyans do not expect anything from these negotiations, because for the past seven years they have not produced results. These negotiations have only brought suffering, war, destruction and hunger."
SI Qaddafi was supported not by some political forces and armed groups, but by ordinary people.
"All Libyans are armed to the teeth, all tribes have arsenals. Saif al-Islam will rely on the will and desire of ordinary Libyans to participate in the fight against terrorism and stabilize the situation in the country," the lawyer said.
Colonel Gaddafi was born on June 7, 1942, and was the leader of Libya from a coup that overthrew the Libyan king in 1969 until he himself was overthrown in 2011.
