Madam runs a thousand dollar call girl ring disguised as students

On the afternoon of August 29, the Criminal Police Department (Ministry of Public Security) announced that it had detained Nguyen Thi Cuc (born 1989), residing in Yen Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi, for prostitution brokerage.

Although Cuc is a beauty care worker, she is the leader of a "high-class call girl" ring in Hanoi, the northern provinces, especially the provinces with tourist resorts, to serve customers on request.

Previously, during the investigation, Department 4, Criminal Police Department discovered the "high-class call girl" line of Nguyen Thi Cuc. After verifying Cuc, the police determined that she did not have a stable job but lived a comfortable life, using many expensive branded goods.

Cuc also owns a luxury apartment in Hanoi and a rental house in Ha Long (Quang Ninh).

On August 27, detectives discovered that Cuc had made an agreement with two customers to buy sex and had sent two prostitutes from Hanoi to Hai Duong to buy sex, at Truong An motel, located in Thanh Binh ward, Hai Duong city, Hai Duong province. Immediately after that, the Task Force deployed forces to cordon off the area and caught them red-handed.

At about 10:30 p.m. the same day, the working group of Department 4 coordinated with the above units to inspect the motel and discovered in room 301, a girl named NDL (born in 1993), residing in Thanh Xuan district (Hanoi), a beauty salon (Spa) employee, was selling sex to male customers.

At the same time, in room 306, the girl NTG (born 1993), residing in Ha Long, Quang Ninh, the beautician and a man were also naked.

The two girls NDL and NTG confessed that Cuc arranged for them to sell sex to customers for 40 million VND. Afterwards, L. and G. would give Cuc 7 million VND each as a commission. Based on the documents and results of quick investigation from the subjects who were sex buyers and prostitutes.

The Ministry of Public Security's Investigation Police Agency arrested Nguyen Thi Cuc; at the same time, urgently searched the subject's residence in Yen Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi, confiscating a number of related documents and a safe.

At the police station, Nguyen Thi Cuc confessed that she had sent two beautiful girls, NDL and NTG, to sell sex in Hai Duong province after receiving a phone call from a customer in Quang Ninh with the agreed price as mentioned above.

According to investigators, Nguyen Thi Cuc's modus operandi was quite sophisticated, colluding with a number of relatives and people working in the artistic community to recruit beautiful girls, aged 18 to 25, lazy, and addicted to material life and pleasure.

Then, Cuc would label them as students, models, beauty queens, etc., and recruit them into the network to sell sex for her benefit. In addition, Cuc would find girls at some competitions, or attend events and programs, then become friends and invite them to sell sex.

With her job as a beauty spa, Cuc has a very wide network of relationships with businessmen and the wealthy class who have money to spend and like beautiful girls.

Taking advantage of this, Cuc often advertised to them that her prostitution ring had many beautiful “high-class girls” with the above labels, ready to please customers. Therefore, Cuc offered very high prostitution brokerage prices, depending on the location and appearance of the prostitutes.

Specifically, a "fast train" prostitution session costs from 7 to 10 million VND; overnight stay in Hanoi costs from 10 to 15 million VND and if going to the provinces or tourist areas, the price can go up to tens of thousands of USD.

Notably, Cuc also organizes long-term sex tours for wealthy men in need, and is willing to send girls to Ho Chi Minh City for "madams" in the South...

Customers who want sex must contact Cuc directly to negotiate the price. After the agreement is made, the customer finds a hotel and then texts her the hotel room number so she can send the customer there.
